GMI’s starting point is an assessment of your existing environment. For those companies that may not have yet deployed a monitoring system, we work with you to define requirements, identify needs, and clarify organization goals. For those using a monitoring system today, GMI will perform a health check, focusing on how the system is working today and defining gaps needed for optimal performance.
Following our Customer First! Methodology, GMI prepares a scope of work (SOW) detailing activities and resources required to install, deploy, optimize, customize or update your system. Staff training requirements and license cost optimization will also be addressed. The SOW may include documenting system topography, establishing monitoring thresholds or defining alert parameters. As a full-service solution provider, GMI can also include the hardware needed for your system or upgrade.
